Make-up’s most potent quality is its unique power to transform our
faces, and the ability to tap this power is a gift that keeps on giving.
When we are in the prime of our youth the value of make-up is mostly
fun, but as we age make-up becomes the tool which can assist us in
retaining the appearance of youth. With age our faces tend to lose
colour and definition; good make-up and understanding how to use it can
make a world of difference.
By completing a make-up course you are giving yourself a very valuable
gift: the life long ability to make yourself up in an appropriate manner
for any occasion, be it a lunch, a dinner, a ball or a wedding.
Course structure
The make-up course comprises four sessions of two hours each:
Lesson 1

Discussion around your current make-up products and skincare
routine.

Basic make-up techniques to achieve a natural make-up effect.

Day make-up: Complete lesson on application.
|
Lesson 2

Weekend and day make-up application: I will assist you to apply
the make-up, assisting you with the techniques, colour
combinations etc. The goal is that by the end of the lesson you
have grasped the new techniques and are capable of doing a full
day make-up application. |

Evening make-up: Introduction to full evening make-up
application.

Lesson 3
|
|
This lesson will be dedicated to teaching you how to do a
flawless evening make-up application on your face as well as
ensuring that you are comfortable with your day make-up
application. |
Lesson 4
|
|
In order to create great make-up you really need very few things
and often the most effective make-up is the most simple.
|
|
|
This is not a lesson as such, but rather a shopping trip where
we will spend some time selecting the make-up that we have
established you need for your kit.
|
Rates: The course is R1,500 for 4 lessons
